Enrollment Process

To enroll, you must have a high school diploma or GED. You can start the enrollment process now by following the easy step-by-step instructions below. If you have questions about program-specific admission requirements, contact our admissions department for assistance.

1. Schedule an appointment to talk with an Admissions Advisor

Our dedicated admissions staff will discuss your options and answer any questions you may have about admission requirements, fees, and other details.

2. Complete a campus tour

Familiarize yourself with our campus and get a first-hand look at our facilities.

3. Provide official transcripts of previous education

4. Submit an application and pay any applicable fees

Check with your admissions advisor regarding program specific application fees.

5. Apply for financial aid

Our admissions team will guide you through the financial aid application process if you qualify.

6. Successfully complete a physical examination (if applicable)

Once accepted into either the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Echocardiography program, complete a physical examination through a licensed medical provider. This examination requirement is only applicable for those applying to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Echocardiography program.

7. Submit to a criminal background check

Where applicable.
