Diana Chandler

Diana was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in Miami. Diana began her nursing career with Baptist Health South Florida, where she worked on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit from 2018 to 2019. From 2020 to 2022, she served as a travel nurse in Arizona and Kentucky, specializing as a Cardiac Stepdown Nurse. She later worked as an Operating Room nurse at Jewish Hospital in Louisville from 2022 to 2023.

From 2023 to 2025, Diana worked in case management, first as an Inpatient Case Manager with Norton Healthcare and then as an Ambulatory Case Manager with Baptist Health. She joined Carris College in November 2025.

In her role as an Ambulatory Case Manager, Diana led the Chronic Care Management program across two of Baptist Health’s primary care offices. She collaborated closely with adult patients managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, and COPD, providing education on disease and medication management, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and promoting improved health outcomes. She also worked closely with providers and office staff to ensure patients had the resources and support needed to succeed.

Outside of nursing, Diana is a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky and works alongside her husband to manage their commercial cleaning business. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, reading, baking, and crafting.
